About Cannon Land Services (CLS)

West of town the ground begins to tilt toward Black Butte Lake, where flat orchard country gives way to oak, rough grass and rising foothills. Cannon Land Services (CLS) works the parcels in between — clearing, mowing down overgrowth, and putting land back into a shape its owner can actually use. Big acreage asks a different patience than a front lawn: you read the slope, you watch for what is hiding in the tall stuff, and you take it in passes. When the last strip drops and the field opens all at once, a property looks twice the size it did that morning. That is the reward out here — bare ground, clean lines, and room to see clear to the treeline.
