Cooley’s Property Maintenance

About Cooley’s Property Maintenance

The first real rain usually finds Orangevale in late October, and within a week the valley oaks along Chestnut Avenue let go of everything at once. Cooley's Property Maintenance handles the fall of it — leaf and debris cleanup, mowing while the grass wakes back up, trimming, and hauling off whatever the storm knocked loose. Property maintenance means the whole calendar rather than a single visit: the lawn kept even, the beds kept clear, the yard tended between one season and the next. There is a quiet pleasure in pulling away from a place that was buried an hour ago and now looks looked-after. Rain or shine, the route runs.
