About BriteTurf

Orange keeps its heart at the Plaza, where Glassell and Chapman meet in a circle of brick, water and old storefronts. BriteTurf works the streets that spoke out from that circle — Craftsman porches, deep Victorian lots, and the narrow ribbons of grass that have to look right from the sidewalk. The mowers start early, before the antique shops unlock and the benches fill. A clean edge along a walk that has been poured and repoured says something about a block that never lost its shape. By mid-morning the cuts are done, the clippings hauled, and the street reads the way the neighborhood likes to see it.
