Environmental Tree Service and Landscape

About Environmental Tree Service and Landscape

Whelan Lake fills through the wet months and the herons come back to stand in it, one-legged and unimpressed, while the cottonwoods along the river bottom go bare for their few short weeks. That is pruning weather, and Environmental Tree Service and Landscape spends it up in the canopy — thinning, raising crowns, taking out limbs that have gotten ahead of themselves. Oceanside grows a mixed forest of transplants, pepper and pine and ficus and jacaranda, each wanting a different cut, so the job begins with working out which conversation you're in. Removals and stump grinding when a tree runs out of room, and the landscape work below it: planting, mowing, mulch, cleanups. A tree pruned well looks as though nobody touched it, which is the strange reward of the trade.
