About Elite Services

Up on the ridge at Ocean Hills the wind shows up around noon like it has an appointment, steady off the water, and from the high streets the view runs clear across to the hills behind Vista. Elite Services keeps grounds there and across Oceanside cut, edged and clear — lawns on rotation, shrubs held to shape, borders kept back off the concrete. Slope yards are a puzzle of their own: water wants to leave, machines want to slide, and everything has to be worked across the grade rather than down it. So the passes go mow, trim, weed, clear, then a look at what the last runoff did to the mulch. A hillside lawn carrying a true edge is a small argument won against gravity.
