About Alvarez Landscaping Construction & Design

Oakley grows on sand — pale, quick-draining ground that once carried rows of old vines out toward Knightsen — and a lawn raised on it rewards a steady hand. Alvarez Landscaping Construction & Design begins while the ground is still cool, laying dark mowing lines across a yard before the day turns bright. Edges get cut clean where the turf meets the drive, and the trimmer follows every fence post and mailbox until nothing is left shaggy. Clippings go, the walk gets blown bare, and the yard is handed back looking looked-after. It is plain work, done well, on ground that asks for exactly that.
