Hala's Tree Services

About Hala's Tree Services

Norwalk mornings begin under a low gray lid drifted in off the ocean, and the trees along the San Gabriel River Trail hold that damp until the sun finally leans over them. Hala's Tree Services works the flat blocks on the city's east side, where postwar streets run arrow-straight and the camphors have outgrown the houses they shade. Trimming and pruning here is patient work: opening a crown until light falls on a lawn again, easing weight off the limb that reaches across a driveway. When wind drops a branch through a fence line, storm damage cleanup gives the yard back — cut, gathered, swept, gone. Tree removal is the last call and the honest one, and the new stretch of sky over a small Norwalk backyard is its own kind of reward.
