About Arts Landscaping L.L.C

February in the Sacramento Valley is a rumor of spring — plum and almond trees breaking white along the fence lines off Elkhorn Boulevard while the grass underfoot is still soaked from the last storm. Arts Landscaping L.L.C works that turning season with mowing, edging, trimming and cleanups that clear winter's litter out of the beds and give new growth room to come on. A North Highlands yard can go from sodden to lush in three weeks, and the schedule has to keep pace or the whole thing gets away. The pride is in an ordinary result: a lawn that reads even from the sidewalk, borders cut to a clean line, clippings carried off instead of left at the curb. When the valley greens up all at once, these yards are ready for it.
