The first real rain of the season changes everything in North Fair Oaks — the brown of October gives way almost overnight, and by December the lawns are the greenest they will be all year. New Era Landscape & Garden Service loves that turn and works both sides of it: cleanups and cutting-back in the fall so the rain lands on a yard that is ready, then mowing and shaping through the green months while the grass is at its most eager. Gardens get the same attention, beds refreshed and plantings kept in balance with the lawn around them. A yard renewed after the rains is the neighborhood at its best. New Era serves North Fair Oaks and the towns close by.
