About Florascape

In March the whole country around Pomeroy Road turns, and the wild mustard goes yellow all at once. Florascape spends that season on Nipomo lawns — mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to carry the color forward after the rain stops. Weed control is patient work in this town, because the same rain that greens a yard feeds everything else along with it. Seasonal cleanups tidy the beds and borders so planted ground reads clearly against the turf. A yard kept this way still looks handsome in September, long after the hills have gone tan.
