About Lawn Service By Hiram

Six in the morning near Las Palmas Park, sprinklers ticking on their timers, and the route begins. Hiram runs National City on a weekly clock — same yards, same day — so the grass never gets ahead of anybody. Mowing, edging along the walks and driveways, string trimming the fence lines, clippings cleared off the concrete before the truck rolls on. Consistency is the craft here: the right cut height for the month, so a lawn keeps its color straight through the long rainless stretch. Half the street knows what day it is by the sound.
