About Jenna Bayer Garden Design

A garden is drawn before it is grown — where the eye lands, where the lawn stops, how a path meets the grass. Along the line where Mountain View gives way to Los Altos, the lots widen and old oaks set the terms, and that drawing matters even more. Jenna Bayer Garden Design brings the same attention to the upkeep: mowing, edging, shaping, weed control, fertilizing and seasonal cleanups that hold a design's lines all year. A lawn is a shape as much as a surface, and keeping the shape is the daily half of the idea. In April, when everything pushes at once, it's the edges that keep a garden legible.
