Pearson Wood Service

About Pearson Wood Service

On autumn mornings in Mountain Center, woodsmoke drifts through the manzanita and the meadows of Garner Valley go gold before the rest of the county has noticed the season change. Pearson Wood Service works these high properties through that turning — mowing what grows, cutting back what crowds, raking and clearing the ground before winter sets in on the mountain. Thomas Mountain shoulders up over the valley, and against a backdrop that big, a neatly kept clearing reads like a small, deliberate act. Lawn care up here is partly grass and partly forest edge, and the craft is knowing where one should end and the other begin. Neighbors in Anza, Idyllwild, and Pine Cove are in reach along the mountain roads.
