About Lawrence Bennett Landscape Design and Construction

The hills around Moraga carry two wardrobes — deep green from the winter rains, tawny gold by July — and a garden here should be composed to look right against both. That is the eye Lawrence Bennett Landscape Design and Construction brings to the work: yards considered as whole compositions, then kept in condition with regular mowing, trimming, and seasonal care. Down in the valley near Saint Mary's College the light falls long across lawns in late afternoon, and a well-shaped landscape earns that light. Beds are structured, hedges given clean architecture, lawns held to a crisp edge. Moraga is the center of the map, with Orinda, Lafayette, and Canyon nearby.
