About Cal-Green Landscaping

Most June mornings the marine layer sits low over Montecito, gray and cool, and Cal-Green Landscaping likes to start under it — the grass cuts cleaner before the sun burns through. By the time the sky goes blue over the foothills, the mowing lines are laid down straight and the beds are weeded. This is lawn care built around how this stretch of coast actually behaves: damp dawns, dry Augusts, the long golden stretch of fall. Fertilization and weed control keep the green honest through the rainless months. When the gloom finally lifts each day, the yard underneath it is ready.
