Calico Landscape

About Calico Landscape

Spring along La Paz Road puts the red-tile roofs against a hillside that has gone briefly, gloriously green, and the front lawns of Mission Viejo race to catch up. Calico Landscape rides that growth season hard — mowing more often, edging back the creep along the walks, keeping the beds free of what the rain encouraged. It's the busiest, best-smelling time of the year, cut grass on every block. Later, when the hills fade back to tawny, the lawns are what keep the color in a street. Keeping them that way, one careful visit at a time, is a good way to spend a week.
