Jacinto’s Landscape

About Jacinto’s Landscape

Hot afternoons in Mission Canyon carry the smell of chaparral down off the slopes — sage and sun-warmed brush, the scent of the dry season settling in. Jacinto’s Landscape keeps the canyon's yards composed through it all: trimming and pruning through the long rainless stretch, hauling away what the winds shake loose, holding lawns and beds to their lines while the hillsides go brittle around them. When a big wind comes down off the mountains overnight, the mornings after are for cleanup, and that work gets done thoroughly. A cleared, clipped yard against that wild backdrop is its own kind of statement. The canyon does the drama; the garden keeps its calm.
