Nature’s Healthier Green

About Nature’s Healthier Green

Mendota calls itself the Cantaloupe Center of the World, and in high summer you can believe it — trucks rolling out of the fields, the evening air sweet and dusty at once. Nature's Healthier Green tends the town side of that equation: the lawns, hedges, and beds that soften a working town's edges. Their season peaks when the valley's does, mowing through the long light of June and July evenings after the day's heat breaks. A deep-green lawn on the west side is no accident; it is water, timing, and a sharp blade, in that order. Their routes cover Mendota and the neighboring towns of San Joaquin and Tranquillity.
