About Next Generation Landscape and Design

Off the newer streets east of Central the yards are still young — a bare corner, a sapling staked against the west wind, a lawn that has not yet decided what it wants to be. Next Generation Landscape and Design starts at that blank page: laying out beds, planting, mulching, putting down sod or seed, and then holding it all honest week to week — the mowing, the edge line, the trim work. Coastal soil and a long growing season are generous partners if the bones are set right the first time. Watching a plan fill in — the borders softening, the turf knitting together, the young tree finally shading the walk — is the part that keeps the trucks rolling. McKinleyville and the surrounding towns, new build or long-standing yard alike.
