About SS Affordable Gardening and Landscaping

February in the valley opens with white — almond bloom running for miles south of town — and every gardener in Manteca reads that as the signal to turn beds and cut borders. SS Affordable Gardening and Landscaping spends those weeks on hands and knees: planting, weeding, shaping shrubs, laying out landscaping that will still hold up when July arrives with both hands. Lawn care carries the rest of the calendar, mowing and edging on a steady rhythm, trimming back whatever wants to sprawl into the walkway. There is a deep satisfaction in a garden that looks tended rather than fought over — soft beds, firm edges, green that runs right up to the concrete and stops. The work covers Manteca and the flat country of neighbors just beyond it.
