About Sand-Sea Property Management

On the Strand the wind comes in off the Pacific all day with salt in it, and anything green that faces west has to earn its place. Sand-Sea Property Management keeps the grounds along that front looking composed — mowing the small ocean-side lawns, edging the walks that run down toward the sand, cutting the hedges into a face that takes the breeze without going ragged. Salt burn gets answered with feeding and with sprinkler heads checked and reset; the weeds that ride in on the wind get pulled before they root. Cleanup runs continuously, because loose clippings on that walkway last about four seconds. Ocean-front ground kept trim and green is a quietly hard-won thing.
