About Jambi Property Management

A managed building lives or dies on its shared ground — the courtyard patch, the strip along the carport, the little lawn nobody owns and everybody sees. Jambi Property Management keeps those spaces on a schedule so they never get the chance to look neglected: mowed on the same day each week, edged along the walk to the mailboxes, trimmed in the narrow run between the wall and the driveway. In Manhattan Beach the light between buildings is short and slanted, and the grass in those pockets needs feeding and thinning attention to hold its color. Weeds get taken out of the planters, hedges are kept off the windows, and the clippings ride away in the truck. Residents may never say a word about it, which is exactly how it should feel.
