About Root and Stone Yardworks LLC

Stone is the oldest material in any yard, and a wall built well will outlast nearly everything planted around it. Root and Stone Yardworks LLC works in that material and in its opposite: stone walkways and low walls set level and tight, and the living side — beds cut in and mulched, roots given room, lawn mowed and edged around all of it. Where the clay is stiff, a wall wants to be built with drainage in mind, so that is how they get built. A path set right stays set, winter after winter. Everything softer grows in around it until it looks like it was always there.
