About Omega Landscaping

South Los Angeles gives up its heat slowly, and on the long straight avenues the palms hold light at the top long after the yards below have gone cool and blue. Omega Landscaping likes closing out a day there — the last lawn of the route mowed, edged and trimmed, the walk blown clean, tools racked as the streetlights come on. The service is straightforward and repeated: cut, define the borders, tidy the corners, take the clippings with them. Small front lawns, one after another, each one squared away. A block where every yard on the run looks handled is a good way to end an afternoon.
