About Mike Forsberg Landscape

On the western canyon roads the oaks lean over the pavement and a winter rain will keep the ground soft and dark for days afterward. Mike Forsberg Landscape works the properties tucked back in those folds — lawn areas set among native slopes, reached by a gravel turn and a gate. The work is mowing, edging, trimming and clearing out what the wind and the trees drop, done on a schedule that suits how fast things grow after the rains. Ground like this rewards attention: cut clean, edged where the lawn meets the wild, tidy at the end of the visit. Driving out afterward with the canyon smelling of wet leaf and cut grass is most of the reason to do it.
