Rivera's landscaping

About Rivera's landscaping

North Long Beach gets moving early on a Saturday: Houghton Park fills, the Atlantic Avenue storefronts roll up, and somewhere down the block a mower starts. Rivera's landscaping is part of that sound, cutting lawns, edging along the sidewalks, squaring hedges and clearing beds of whatever came up during the week. The soil up here is dark and forgiving, and grass takes to it enthusiastically once winter rain lands. Keeping it in hand is mostly a matter of arriving on the same day and making the same careful pass. A yard that stays even all year is the whole quiet result.
