Romero’s Gardening & Landscaping

About Romero’s Gardening & Landscaping

Sunday morning is the quietest Lomita gets, with the green ridge of the Peninsula standing just south of town and the streets still cool enough to work in shirtsleeves. Romero's Gardening & Landscaping goes house to house on mornings like that — mowing, edging, cutting hedges back square, weeding the beds, and clearing every scrap of it off the property before moving on. Doing a whole street rather than one house at a time is how a neighborhood starts to look like one thing instead of a dozen. The mower sound moves along the block and behind it the lawns come out level and dark green. Nothing left but the smell of it, hanging around till noon.
