About Frank's Artscaping, INC.

By six in the evening the light along Pacific Coast Highway goes long and gold, and it falls across the yards a block off the highway like it is looking for shapes. Frank's Artscaping, INC. gives it something to find: hedges brought back into shape, lawns mowed in even passes, beds weeded down to bare soil around the plants that earn their place. There is composition in a Lomita yard the same as anywhere — mass, line, the rhythm of a hedge against a fence — and mowing is where it starts. Work the whole property, clear the trimmings, and the house behind it seems to sit a little straighter. Then the light goes orange over the Peninsula and the day is done.
