Delgado's Lawn

About Delgado's Lawn

Midday at May Nissen Park the grass takes a beating — bare feet, bikes, picnic blankets, a soccer ball rolling through the same worn line every weekend — and it still comes back. Delgado's Lawn works with lawns like that, the kind that are actually used, where the point is turf a family can live on rather than a display. Mowing on a steady schedule, trimming close along fences and play structures, and clearing the cuttings keeps a used lawn from turning ragged. Livermore summers push hard from June through September, so consistency matters more than any one visit. The best compliment is a yard the kids are back on that same afternoon.
