About Terrazas Landscape LLC

Arcade Creek runs quiet through the low ground of Citrus Heights, and by November the valley oaks along it are letting go a few leaves at a time — never all at once, always enough to keep a rake busy. Terrazas Landscape LLC works that long tail of autumn: leaves cleared off the lawn before the rains mat them down, beds tidied, borders cut back to a clean line. The rest of the year is the steady rhythm of mowing, edging, trimming and weed control, with feeding and aeration timed to the cool months when roots do their real growing. A yard that gets that attention comes through the wet season upright and even, ready for the first warm week in March. There is pride in handing a place back looking cared for, gate closed, walk swept. They serve Citrus Heights and neighboring Antelope, North Highlands, Carmichael, Orangevale and Roseville.
