About Alex & Son Concrete and Landscaping

Downtown Lincoln still carries the color of the clay it was built on — terra cotta and warm brick along the Boulevard, glowing like a long late afternoon. Alex & Son Concrete and Landscaping works in both registers, the hard surface and the green one: a walkway poured true, a lawn that meets it without a ragged seam. Concrete flatwork, patios, walkways, steps and borders go in alongside the steady rhythm of mowing, edging, trimming and haul-away. There is a particular satisfaction in the moment the forms come off and the line between path and turf reads clean from the porch steps. A yard is two halves here, the part you walk on and the part you look at, and both leave finished.
