In late February the almond orchards around Lemoore bloom all at once, and for two weeks the wind carries white petals into town like out-of-season snow. Soto's Landscaping works a landscape that dramatic — spring cleanups as the bloom fades, mowing hard through March and April, shaping shrubs and beds before the long dry summer takes hold. The town sits on the old Tulare Lake bed, dead level under an enormous sky, so a well-composed yard becomes the view itself. Soto's builds those views, lot by lot. The service area runs through Lemoore, Stratford, Armona, and Hanford.
