Magnolia Garden & Construction

About Magnolia Garden & Construction

There is a week in early summer when the magnolias along the older Lemon Grove streets open up wide and white, and the whole block smells faintly of lemon and cream. Magnolia Garden & Construction works those yards — mowing and edging the lawn, cutting the borders back to a firm line, trimming shrubs and clearing the beds so the planting reads as deliberate. Good garden work is mostly geometry: where the grass stops, where the bed begins, how a curve is held. On a warm evening, with the mower off and the walk swept, the shape of the yard finally shows. That clarity is what the crew is really after.
