About Arborite Tree & Landscape Inc

Look up on Del Amo Boulevard in late autumn and the sweetgums are doing the one showy thing Southern California allows a street tree, going red and copper for a few short weeks before the rain arrives. Arborite Tree & Landscape Inc works at that height and at ground level both — pruning and shaping trees, clearing deadwood, cutting back overgrowth, and keeping the lawn and beds underneath tended. A tree in a Lakewood parkway grows between a sidewalk and a curb with only a few feet to call its own, so every cut is a decision about the next ten years of shade. There is real satisfaction in stepping back to a canopy that looks like nobody touched it, only lighter and more open. Then the ground gets raked, the last of the leaves go on the truck, and the block returns to its quiet.
