Lake Forest Tree Care

About Lake Forest Tree Care

Lake Forest is named for a grove -- the eucalyptus set out here a century ago, still standing in tall rows along Serrano Creek and through the older neighborhoods. Big eucalyptus have opinions about wind and weight, and Lake Forest Tree Care spends much of the year answering them: crown thinning, pruning for clearance, removal when a trunk has gone unsound, and cleanup after a night that scattered bark and limbs the width of a sidewalk. On autumn afternoons the light comes through those groves in long stripes and the whole street smells faintly medicinal, which is how you know you are home. The work reaches the pepper trees, pines and oaks in the yards around them too, each one asking for a different cut. The aim does not change: a tree that stands better than it did, and a walkway you could cross barefoot afterward.
