About M&M Tree Service Inc.

A dry autumn night in La Puente sounds like the ocean running backward -- hot wind pouring west down the valley, fronds skating along the asphalt, eucalyptus limbs letting go without any warning at all. By morning M&M Tree Service Inc. is out with saws and a chipper, clearing what fell and taking weight off the trees that told on themselves in the gusts. The rest of the calendar is steadier: trimming for clearance and light, pruning young trees into a shape that will hold, removing the ones that have gone hollow at the base. October and November stay busy, when the hills go tinder-dry and every gust is another test. A finished job looks like nothing ever happened there, which in this trade counts as high praise.
