Green Thumb Grounds Care

About Green Thumb Grounds Care

A lawn in Kings Beach gets maybe ninety frost-free days a year, which means every one of them matters. Green Thumb Grounds Care treats that short mountain summer like the gift it is — mowing in the dappled light under the lodgepoles, feeding thin alpine soil, coaxing green out of yards that spend half the year under snow. Midsummer afternoons here have their own weather, thunderheads building over the lake while sprinklers tick in the shade, and the crew works around it the way locals do. The result is grass that holds its color from melt-out to first frost, soft underfoot on an August evening. They tend grounds across Kings Beach, Tahoe Vista, and the north shore.
