Handyman Timm

About Handyman Timm

In autumn, the valley oaks around Kelseyville let go all at once, and Main Street's little yards disappear under bronze. That is Handyman Timm's cue. His lawn care runs on small-town rhythm — leaves raked and hauled, grass given its last cuts of the year, beds cleared before the winter rains come down off the coast ranges. He is the sort of one-name, wave-from-the-truck operation a town like this runs on. When he is done, a yard is not just mowed; it is squared away, the way a place looks when somebody has actually thought about it.
