Amador Tree Service

About Amador Tree Service

By June the hills around Ione have gone gold, and the blue oaks stand out on them like dark coins scattered across a table. Those oaks are the work: reading which limb went brittle over a dry summer, taking weight off the side that leans toward a roof, and cutting a whole tree out when it is finished without ever touching the fence line. Amador Tree Service handles the trimming and pruning that keeps a foothill yard open to the breeze coming up off Camanche, and the removals nobody looks forward to. When a winter storm rolls down out of the Sierra and lays a limb across a gravel drive, the saws and the truck come out and the drive is passable again by dark. It is unshowy, satisfying work in a county that has always measured a day by what got moved.
