About Landscaping Professionals, Inc.

Every October, Indian Wells performs a small act of defiance: as the rest of the country browns toward winter, the desert overseeds its lawns with winter rye and turns its greenest just as the season cools. Landscaping Professionals, Inc. works that calendar — overseeding and mowing, feeding and detail-trimming, keeping grounds sharp through the mild months when the town lives outdoors. Against a backdrop of date palms and the pleated brown flanks of the Santa Rosa Mountains, a well-kept lawn here reads almost like a mirage that holds. The pleasure of the work is in that contrast — deep green underfoot, bare rock above, and every edge exactly where it should be.
