About Good With Wood Development

Pine Cove sits higher than the rest of the hill, and winter reaches it first — a morning comes when woodsmoke hangs in the cedars and the first snow lies thin on the manzanita. Good With Wood Development works these steep, forested lots year-round: grass cut and grounds kept in the warm months, yards raked and cleared as the cold comes down. At six thousand feet, a season's worth of needles and oak leaves is no small thing, and clearing it is how a mountain property stays open to the light. The crew knows the rhythm of this elevation — do the work while the weather allows, and leave every yard ready for what the sky sends next.
