Martin's Lawn Service

About Martin's Lawn Service

Some mornings the floor of the valley holds its fog a while, and the first cut of the day gets made in that soft gray light before Hemet is fully awake. Martin's Lawn Service works the streets off Florida Avenue on a weekly rhythm — mowing, edging, trimming and blowing down, all of it finished before the sun gets serious. There is a plain pleasure in the moment a shaggy yard turns into clean parallel lines with a hard edge at the walk. Clippings come off the drive and the sidewalk, so the only thing left behind is the grass, looking looked-after. Ordinary work, done again next week, for people who like coming home to a tidy front yard.
