About Green Specialties Landscape and Design

On a long June evening in Hanford the shadows stretch clear across the front lawns, and every line in a yard shows up twice — once in grass and once in shade. Green Specialties Landscape and Design works to make those lines worth seeing: an even cut, defined borders where turf meets concrete and planting bed, shrubs trimmed to a shape that holds. Mowing, edging, trimming and clearing are the tools; proportion is the point. A front yard is the part of a house everyone gets to look at, and it can be composed rather than merely maintained. When the light goes low and gold, that effort reads all the way from the street.
