Arnold's Tree Service

About Arnold's Tree Service

Hanford built itself around a courthouse square, and the town's finest idea was the ring of old shade trees that keeps that block ten degrees cooler than the rest of a July afternoon. Arnold's Tree Service tends the same idea street by street, trimming crowns off the roofline and the service drop, pruning out the deadwood a Central Valley summer leaves behind. Tree removal comes for the sycamores and elms that have finally hollowed, handled in an orderly way, the wood cut small and the grass raked back over. When a late-summer thunderhead drops a limb across a lawn, storm damage cleanup has it gone the same day. Shade is not a small thing here; it works something like municipal infrastructure, and it is worth keeping in good repair.
