About Steven Melo Inc

North of town the cypress lean inland at Moss Beach and the tidepools go glassy at a summer low tide. Steven Melo Inc runs lawn care along that coast and back down into Half Moon Bay: cutting, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and pulling weeds before they take hold. Salt wind, sandy ground and cool mornings make for grass that grows deliberately and rewards anyone who reads it right. There is craft in the finish — a level cut, a border you could draw with a straightedge, clippings gone from the concrete. It is a small thing to hand back to a house, and it changes how the whole street looks.
