About Blue Sky Designs Inc

Some afternoons the gray ceiling over Half Moon Bay tears open above Montara Mountain and the whole coastside turns improbably blue. Blue Sky Designs Inc keeps lawns ready for exactly that hour — cut clean, edged sharp, every clipping swept off the walk so the grass throws its own small shadow when the light finally lands. The work is mowing, trimming, feeding and weeding, week after week, on yards that grow slow and steady in the salt air. Turf on this stretch of coast asks for patience more than force, and it gives back a green that inland towns never quite manage. When the marine layer slides back in by evening, the edges still hold their line.
