About Valdez Landscaping

In October the east wind pours out of the canyons and rattles everything loose in Granite Hills — eucalyptus bark, oak leaves, the dry confetti of the chaparral. Valdez Landscaping answers that wind with rakes, blowers, and a full truck bed, clearing yards before the debris settles in. The rest of the calendar is steadier: lawns kept low, borders kept true, shrubs trimmed, beds weeded, the boulder-strewn corners of a lot kept tidy around the stone. It's the kind of place where the land is always negotiating, and the work is the negotiation. A clean yard against those wild hills looks all the sharper for the contrast.
