Hector's Lawn Services

About Hector's Lawn Services

Morning fog rolls up the Salinas Valley from the bay and hangs over Gonzales just long enough to keep the grass happy, then burns off to reveal lettuce fields running to the foot of the Gabilans. Hector's Lawn Services starts in that gray hour, mowing town lawns while the field crews head out to the rows — everybody in Gonzales working green, one way or another. They cut, edge, and trim through a growing season that barely pauses, in a climate half the country's salad depends on. Cleanups, steady mowing rounds, tidy walk edges: plain work done right. By the time the fog lifts, Hector's lawns are already finished, and they look it.
