About Javier Gardening

The older streets of Glendale keep their gardens close — lemon trees over the fence line, roses by the porch steps, a strip of lawn holding it all together. Javier Gardening moves through those yards with hand tools and an unhurried eye, mowing, trimming, weeding, and shaping shrubs so each small garden keeps its character. Midsummer mornings smell like cut grass and citrus here, and the sprinklers hiss before the heat arrives. The work is close-in and careful: a hedge taken back just enough, a bed cleared without disturbing what belongs. When it's done, the garden looks like itself, only rested.
