About Sánchez landscaping & Lawn Care

The first real rain of the year pushes in off the coast range around December, and within two weeks the hills above Christmas Hill Park go a green so sudden it looks unreasonable. Lawns wake up with them, and Sánchez landscaping & Lawn Care keeps pace — mowing on the days between storms, edging beds back to a firm line, trimming, fertilizing, pulling weeds before they get ideas. Evening light here is long and low, and it shows every stripe in a cut lawn and every leaf left in a corner, which is a good reason to finish the corners. The work runs the other way too, through the dry gold months, when a yard needs a steady hand more than ever. Gilroy and the South Santa Clara Valley around it — San Martin, Morgan Hill, out to Hollister — are all within the week's route.
